Xanadu Resort is a 400-room hotel located in the
southern coast of Antalya. It is considered one of the
leading destination resorts in this area. They recently
completed on a 29,000 sq ft resort spa build, with fully
integrated facilities including: aqua therapy, thermal
suites, deluxe spa treatment rooms, private suites, a
truly authentic and architecturally designed Hamam set
amongst gardens and courtyards as well as a spectacular
imperial spa suite. Aydiner Construction Group appointed
Spa Synergy as their trusted advisor in a turnkey spa
development. Spa Synergy's key role in this project was
to 'handhold' the hotel owners through the entire spa
development process from concept planning to the launch.
The spa successfully opened its doors to guests April
2006.

KYOTO ROYAL HOTEL SPA - Ishin Hotels, Japan
Chosen as one of 150 World
Class Spas 2006 - Spa Asia Magazine
Appointed by the Ishin Hotels Group (a Soros Funded
Investment hotel company based in Tokyo) to assist them
in developing international standard spas in their
hotels in Japan. Our role in the Kyoto property was to
create a unique spa concept that matched the
expectations of the existing and future customers. The
concept was well received by the investors who proceeded
to approve funds to refurbish space within the hotel. We
were also instrumental in assisting Ishin Hotels Group
in finding a suitable high profile professional product
brand supplier whom they could leverage off in terms of
customer recognition, trust and have the ability to tap
into their broad base of customers. The spa was
successfully launched in June 2005.

Spa Asia Crystal Awards
Spa Philosophy, the world's first pollution
free fully oxygenated day spa and Macau's first
international standard day spa, opened its healing hands
to residents and tourists from Hong Kong searching for
genuine solutions to their health and beauty needs. The
investors appointed Spa Synergy to set up the spa to
international standards, hand hold the management team
through the entire development process of concept to
opening and offered ongoing operational advice for the
first 6 months of opening.
